**If an outside/fractional subscription is entered into, the cost of entity formation will be included in the first month's subscription fee at no extra cost**
Single Member LLC Package
- Reservation of LLC name
- Registration with registered agent service
- Submission of Certificate of Formation with Texas Secretary of State
- Creation of Operating Agreement
- Acquisition of Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN)
**A standard hourly rate will apply for post-formation legal services (if no subscription is entered into).
Series LLC Package
- Reservation of corporation name
- Registration with registered agent service
- Submission of Certificate of Formation with Texas Secretary of State
- Creation of Operating Agreement
- Creation of Series Certificate(s) of Formation
- Acquisition of Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN)
**A standard hourly rate will apply for post-formation legal services (if no subscription is entered into).
Multi-Member LLC Package
- Reservation of LLC name
- Registration with registered agent service
- Submission of Certificate of Formation with Texas Secretary of State
