Probate Transactions

Executor's (Distribution) Deed

A legal document used by executor of an estate to transfer property from the estate to an heir or buyer.

Simple Probate

Situation when a testator died with a will.

Small Estate Affidavit (No Will)

A simplified probate process for someone who passes away with no will, and whose estate is valued at $75,000 or less (not including the value of the homestead), but is more than the total debts owed by the estate.

Affidavit of Heirship (No Will)

Used to identify the rightful heirs of a person who died without a will. Submit your application here
